A Christmas Time to Remember..In October of 1970, the Jackson 5 released "The Jackson 5: Christmas Album" produced by Motown Productions. It was their fourth record in ten months for the Jackson 5, the group had been on a series of hit songs.
The album top the charts and still has done extremely well during the holiday seasons each year. The album includes such songs as "Frosty the Snowman", "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town", "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus" and "Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer". In 2003, from "A Motown Christmas", Universal Motown re-released the Christmas album with "Little Christmas Tree". In 2009, a remaster addition called the Ultimate Christmas Collection with messages, remixes and a Christmas medley, was released by Motown Productions with the Christmas cover you see above. Also, Merry Christmas Jackson 5 was released in 2009 by Motown Production. In an interview in 2010, during winter after Michael Jackson had passed in June that summer; his brother Jackie Jackson who sang with his brothers on the Christmas album recalled it being one of his favorite albums, that Christmas is a special time for the family and Christmas was a holiday that Michael Jackson dearly loved. pic from: The cover art copyright is believed to belong to the label, Universal/Motown, or the graphic artist.
