We finally got some of the photos from the photo shoot Taj took of us!
Speaking of Taj Jackson, we'll now explain to you a little bit on how we met and started collaborating together.
When our first album was first released in France, one of the songs was a duet with the music group 3T (the brothers Taj, TJ and Taryll Jackson). It was a cover from the famous group Chicago called "If You Leave Me Now". That's when we met!
Then all the strange coincidences came up:
Today we are co-producing our new album together with Taj and have very similar tastes for everything, which make us very happy and glad to collaborate with him! -T-Rio

Then all the strange coincidences came up:
- We don't need to start by saying that they are three brothers and we are three sisters, right?
- Also, all their names start with T, just like ours.
- Two right handed and one left handed, just like us.
- Their music group name "3T" was created by their mom, just like "T-Rio" was created by our mom.
- Both our dads play guitar.
- With 3T there's a 2 year difference between the first and the second child, and with us it's 2 minutes. Then, there's a 3 year difference between the second and the third child, while with us it's 3 minutes. Finally, there's a 5 year gap between the first and the last born, and a 5 minute gap for us.
- They had a dog exactly the same age and breed as ours (for our sadness, both already passed away, but hopefully they are having fun together somewhere now)
- The six of us have Latin origins and happen to be in the music business.
Today we are co-producing our new album together with Taj and have very similar tastes for everything, which make us very happy and glad to collaborate with him! -T-Rio

T-Rio Answers Questions for the Fans
1) What influenced you the most to do music?- Abbey
Thaina: Since I was little, I remember my mom and dad singing together and my dad playing guitar at home and at every family reunion. That's how we started singing. And for sure my parents were the most influential part of what made me start doing music.
Thayana: First of all, as Thaina mentioned, the biggest influence came from my parents without a doubt! But also, I think music itself influenced me, because of the powerful and undeniable feelings I felt inside! My heart chose music and I never went against it!
Thaisa: Besides my parents influence, I guess music was an instant need of mine! The passion to entertain was naturally born within me!
2) What advice would you give a young artist or group that would like to sing?-Nadia
Thayana: I know it sounds cliche, but it's the honest and only truth: NEVER GIVE UP! Always go after your dreams! Study it, learn it, do it! Always keep an open mind to accept criticism from the more experienced, because most of them come with good intentions! And to finish, never let the bad intentioned people get to your mind! BELIEVE! Music is not an easy thing, it must come with a lot of passion. So just make sure it's something you definitely want!
Thaisa: Always follow your passion, don't ever give up! Even though it seems hard, or people discourage you, we can reach the stars climbing step by step! Always follow your heart!
Thaina: Listen to your heart always. If you like rock music, do rock music. If you like country, do country. If you like jazz or dance, make the music you want! Practice, practice, sing in the shower, in front of small crowds, in front of your family, in front of anyone! And ask what they think and keep an open mind to learn! I know if you are shy, it can be hard, but you should always try to sing, sing and sing! If you don't know much about music yet, get the advice from someone who knows!
3) What do you like most about singing and acting?-Adrianna
Thaisa: For sure, it's the love the fans give in return for my work. There's nothing that compares to that feeling. Also, I guess it is the adrenaline I feel each time I'm performing. And what I love about it as well is the possibility that it gives me to spread positive messages to a large amount of people at the same time! I feel blessed!
Thaina: For me is the same as Thaisa. I just feel complete when I'm singing and acting. And even more, when I can share it with all of you and experience moments like this one!
Thayana: Everything. The fact of being able to tell people a story, or how you feel, either through music or acting, and to express yourself, is incredibly rewarding! I also love to be able to help others through a song or a story, by singing or interpreting their stories as well through my own point of view! We are all a big part of entertainment somehow! Because everything is based on someone's history or feelings whether it's mine or yours!
4) Was music and acting something that you knew that you always wanted to be a part of?-Tiffany
Thaina: Actually, it was! My mom always tells me the story about when my sisters and I were just 3 years-old we told my mom that we wanted to start taking classical ballet. So next thing we know, we were dancing, singing, acting and learning pretty much everything that involves the performing arts! I thank forever God for giving me blessed parents who always supported us no matter what!
Thayana: I agree with Thaina that we knew what we wanted at 3 years old. We're even more sure of what we want now that we're older! I hope we're able to bring much happiness to all of you when we do music and film!
Thaisa: Definitely! This is a passion that was born within us!
5) What type of music do you like listening to?-Rachel
Thayana: I love all types of music depending on my mood of the day.
Thaisa: I agree with Thayana. I love dance, rock, edgy songs but I also love slow songs with great messages, like the song "Hero" by Mariah Carey.
Thaina: I like listening to Steve Wonder, Mariah Carey, Alicia Keys, Michael Jackson, Maroon 5, Cold Play, Duffy, Norah Jones and Brazilian artists such as Djavan, Tom Jobin, etc. Just to name a few, but of course there's way more!
6) What would you say is the biggest difference for you being in the U.S. verse Overseas?- Alexa
Thaisa: Well, I guess it's the language (laughing). Also the food! I'm still not very use to typical American food, even though I love the U.S.! French people really deserve the reputation for the best food! But I have no preference between the U.S. or overseas. I really appreciate and love all the countries I lived in.
Thaina: The biggest difference, in my PERSONAL OPINION, is that the U.S. focuses more on the worldwide entertainment industry. Which is great because entertaining is what I love to do. The more people I can share my work with the more it makes me happy. I love American music and movies.
Thayana: For me it is definitely the weather! In California, the weather is very similar to most parts of Brazil! A nice, tropical, warm weather! Cold weather is definitely something very hard for me to get use to. Even though I immensely LOVE everywhere I've been overseas with all my heart, and would definitely go overseas again to visit or perform anytime.
7) What is the most difficult thing about acting?-Heather
Thaina: To be really really honest, kissing someone that you are not dating. But I mean, anything for the love of acting! :-)
Thayana: I would say giving a big-loud-long laugh without making it seem fake! LOL
Thaisa: I agree with my sisters.
8) What is the best part for you being in LA?- Nina
Thayana: Just being able to be in a city filled with talented people! It's very inspiring! It just makes me want to always give my best! I love singing, dancing, acting and creating, I'm constantly creating!
Thaisa: The weather!
Thaina: Meeting new people and practicing my English.
9) Which Theme Park is your favorite and what rides, if any do you like to go on?-Lauren
Thaisa: Disneyland for sure! And my favorite ride is the Pirates of the Caribbean. I also like The Simpsons ride at Universal Theme Park.
Thaina: It's very hard to chose a favorite ride out of all these Theme Parks. I love the Disney parades during the night. They usually have lots of lights and fireworks. And I also go on all the roller coasters.
Thayana: I also love all the fireworks and lights, it's so beautiful and magical! But one of my favorite parks is Sea World in Florida. 'Cause besides the animals, they also have one of my favorite roller coasters ever which is called "Manta" where you ride facing down towards the floor. So cool! And I can't keep the new Harry Potter Park out of my favorite list! I literally felt like I was in the movie. Everything looks exactly like the movie! Loved it!
10) Can fans purchase your albums in English? -Tia
Thaina: As for now, we have a Brazilian album mainly in Portuguese. But we're working on new songs which some will be in English and some in Spanish! We hope all of our fans enjoy the album.
Thayana: Yes. Keep posted, 'cause we'll inform everyone when we release it! We love you all!
Thaisa: Hopefully you all will be able to listen to our new songs in English soon!
11) What is "Code Z" about and will "Clone" be similar or different? -Jennifer
Thayana: Code Z is about a Zombie apocalypse where the three main characters are zombie/human hybrid triplets with completely different personalities from one to another! So they have to hunt the zombies as they learn how to live together and find as many survivors as they can! I can't say more than that though! You'll have to see it to find out! ;-) Code Z is also a very personal tribute to Michael Jackson from the three of us and Taj. We hope to make Michael proud from heaven!
Thaisa: Yes, and Clone 3 is a completely different story. As the title hints, it's a sci-fi story about 3 time traveling clones. Super exciting!
Thaina: Nothing left to say!
12) Does Code Z:The Series have a lot of magical powers and adventures?-Hannah
Thaisa: We love magical powers and adventure series. Code Z will definitely have adventure and the three main characters will be stronger than usual humans. But no magic so far!
Thaina: Agreed.
Thayana: Code Z is based on fictional reality. So as the series evolves, we might add powers to the characters of the series!
13) Do you plan to go to any Halloween parties or events this year?- Lisa
Thaina: Nice question. By the way I'm enjoying answering all these questions. We didn't start thinking about Halloween yet. Also, I don't know what costume I'll wear this year yet.
Thayana: For sure! Halloween parties are always a lot of fun! I love dressing up, laughing and just having a good time. Not to mention the candy.
Thaisa: Every year we go to a different Halloween party. I don't know which one we'll be attending this year yet, but I'll let you know when I know. ;-)
14) What is one of your favorite photo shoots that you have done together?-Tammi
Thayana: It was a photoshoot we did in France as if we were clones. It had mirrors everywhere and it was like if it had many many clones of us. Loved it.
Thaisa: I loved the photoshoot we did for our green cause AMA-ZONE GREEN because I love nature and we want to help support the Amazon.
Thaina: Each photo tells a different story. It depends on the moment. I think that the latest ones are more similar to who I am. Photos are memories and I love taking them.
15) Any plans on what you might do on your birthday this year? -Ashlee
Thaisa: I'm planing on being in Brazil with my sisters and my whole family. It was a long time ago last time I was with my entire family for my birthday. So I guess it'll be awesome!
Thaina: I agree with Thaisa.
Thayana: Yes, it has been a long time that we haven't seen our entire family together since we moved from Brazil. It'll be great to see everybody we love. That's the best gift.
16) What is the latest video game that you have played together or alone?-Megan
Thaina: Together it's Bomberman. Alone it's Tomb Raider Anniversary, but I just started it.
Thayana: Yes, Bomberman is great. We play it on the Wii and each one of us created our own character. So much fun! And separately I've been playing lots of iPad App games. Very addicting.
Thaisa: Bomberman and iPad Apps games as well. The last one I played alone was a George Lucas' game : Monkey Island II SE - LeChuck's Revenge. Very cool!
17) What was your favorite thing about the Latin awards?- Cammie
Thayana: To see a latin event here in the United States just shows how the latin community is crossing over worldwide. That makes us happy to see the support.
Thaisa: Well, I'm latin. So I guess my favorite thing is being able to support the latin community and see it growing in music and entertainment in general.
Thaina: I love the energy that latin people put into everything they do. I like to share this feeling.
18) Did you get to go to Comic Con? What was it like and what was your favorite parts?- Giana
Thaisa: Yes, we did and it was a lot of fun. It was our first time at Comic Con and the best part of it for me was seeing how people really invest themselves to look just like their favorite hero. There were people everywhere wearing costumes almost like Halloween and it was a lot of fun.
Thaina: My favorite part besides the magic of the Comic book / video game world, was to visit the city of San Diego for the first time. I really liked this city.
Thayana: For me it was the love. To see the true love all the fans have for their heroes.
19) Will there be a wallpaper done for "Code Z"?- Amy
Thaina: For sure!!! It's actually coming soon on www.codeztheseries.com website!
Thayana: Working on it. ;-)
Thaisa: Yep!
20) What was it like working with 3T?- Shani
Thayana: It was an incredible experience. They're literately like a male triplet version of us. And we all connected well from the first second.
Thaisa: It was really nice. They are all very professional and really talented. And it turned out that both they and their family became great friends of ours. Besides that, Taj also became our business partner.
Thaina: If You Leave Me Now with 3T was a great moment. This song has a lot of feeling. Taj, Taryll and Tj are very nice and we kept very close since then. We are also working with Taj on our project Code Z. It's always great to work with someone who share the same opinions as you.
21) What is a favorite meal you like to eat?- Melissa
Thaisa: I love great fresh organic fruits and salad. I also love deserts. Not to mention brazilian meals, of course.
Thaina: Very close to my place there's a brazilian restaurant. It's very hard to avoid going there. I feel closer to Brazil by living close to this restaurant (laughing). I also love japanese food. I prefer sushi and california rolls.
Thayana: Ok, first of all, I LOVE to eat. I eat every two hours small portions. But the funny thing is that I love the taste of natural healthy food. It's like my body seeks it. Not that I don't like french fries or pizza sometimes, it's very tasty too. And we're thankful to God for every meal on our table.
22) What is the latest movie that you have seen?- Madison
Thaina: The last movie I watched at the theater was Resident Evil - Afterlife 3D. I loved it! Great action / story.
Thayana: Inception. I loved this movie. It was like, Matrix but with dreams instead of computers. Very interesting.
Thaisa: Avatar. Because I re-watched it at home. LOVE this movie.
23) Any funny moments while working on Code Z? -Angelina
Thayana: While filming Code Z I had this scene with the most gorgeous Blue Hayley Davidson motorcycle (That you'll be able to see on the longer version of the teaser). We borrowed it from Taj's uncle Mike (on his mom's side). And in this scene, I had to pull out a fake shotgun from the motor bike and I was so scared to scratch the bike but I couldn't show it on camera. Everybody would laugh after each take 'cause they knew I was afraid. This was so funny to me.
Thaisa: Till today, I clearly remember a water scene I had that was suppose to imitate rain. It was 2 in the morning, winter season, and we were shooting at our friend Jennifer parent's place. I just started feeling this freezing water dripping on my back. Everyone had so much pity on me that they started boiling water so I could finish the scene more comfortably. Laugh.
Thaina: I remember the scene where I was hanging on a bar over Lana's (Taj's cousin) shoulder. In the scene I was suppose to drop down onto her shoulders from above and I was suppose to "break her neck" with my legs. Last thing I remember was the bar where I was holding onto slipping and both of us falling hard straight to the floor. Lana had huge bruises on both of her knees and I had the side of my leg and my elbow bruised as well. Souvenirs ...
24) How many different languages can you speak?- Alexis
T-Rio: Portuguese, English, French and and learning Spanish. We also know the non-speaking and deaf hand alphabet. Not the full signs though, only the hand alphabet.
25) Do you play any instruments?- Sharron
Thaisa: Yes, I do. I play guitar and want to start learning piano. I have to come back practicing guitar though.
Thaina: I also play guitar. But I play it just to write songs. I like to play one or two songs of ours sometimes live in concert as well.
Thayana: I play piano mainly to write songs.
26) What do you like to do if you are not working?- Anna
Thaina: Spend time with friends, family, watch movies, go to dinner, play games, dance, travel, have fun.
Thayana: Same here to everything Thaina just said, plus getting tan by the pool and go to amusement parks.
Thaisa: For me is just like my two sisters and sometimes I like to go dancing with my friends.
27) What is next for T-Rio? -Amber
Thayana: More music music music, acting, creating... We love to create and we are constantly creating. So you still will see a lot from us. We also don't take life for granted and we are always trying to help out any way we can.
Thaisa: As long as our fans will always be there to support us, many new projects will come. We love you!
Thaina: Right now we're focused on Code Z and our new album. But there's so much more to come. It'll never stop!
T-Rio's closing comments:
Thank you to all our fans for all the love and support. We try to give our best to you. You're our everything. Love always and God bless you.
Amber: I would like to say thank you to T-Rio for taking time out of their busy schedules and answering questions for We Love 3T, it truly means a lot. God Bless You!!

-Amber
